Many Stompin’ visitors bring along picnics but there are plenty of food and refreshments available on site. We hope you enjoy the range of food and drink available this year.
Trading on all stands will cease at, or before, 10pm.
A selection of beers, cider, wine and soft drinks are served.
Drinks are only server from glasses for which a Glass Deposit of £1 is required.
Here’s how it works… Please collect your glass, or jug, along with your ticket, from the Glass Deposit point. Thereafter you can pay for a refill as many times as you like (and are not drunk).
At the end of the evening return the glass or jug, and your ticket, and your deposit will be returned. Glasses – £1 / Pimms Jugs – £3
If you decide not to ask for your deposit, thanks! It all helps! But please dispose of your glasses or jugs in bags provided.
There is a wide range of food and drinks available from traders on the site.
The Boathouse Restaurant has a varied menu featuring fish dishes and a slant towards Mediterranean cuisine. One of the best views must be from their upstairs terrace Chandelier Bar
The Old Mill Tea Rooms serve tea, coffee, a variety of meals . . . . and ice cream.
For the finest cuisine in Christchurch, look no further than the Captain’s Club Hotel, situated at the North East end of Quomps.
Many people bring their own picnic. Stompin’ is run by volunteers, please help us by making sure that you take away rubbish or dispose of it in the bins provided.
