Families & Essential Info

First Aid

First aid is available from the First Aid Tent near to the event HQ.

Your children are your responsibility at all times.

Children wearing FREE wristbands, available from marshals. can be quickly re-united with their parents ……a drama, not a crisis.

DON’T put the childs name on the wristband:  DO put the parents mobile phone number on the wristband.

Please make sure you, and your children, are aware that the ‘lost kids’ point is at the event HQ

Fire Safety

Please note that BBQs and naked flames are not allowed.

It is a massive job clearing up the site after the event. . . PLEASE – take your litter to the large bins at the edge of the site. Refuse bags are provided free of charge.

Quomps public toilets, with facilities for the disabled, are open until 10pm.

Additional ‘event toilets’ are now available until the last person leaves.

Sorry, but apart from guide dogs, which have been trained to listen, dogs don’t like jazz. Please leave them at home.
