Each year, a host of local food and drink producers provide a wide selection of culinary delights for our audience.

All our food and drink traders have achieved a level 5 food hygiene rating so you can be sure of eating top quality food.

Thank you for applying to be one of our food traders. Please be aware that you must:

Hold a level 5 food hygiene rating and can provide us with a link to it on the Food Standards Agency website
Have public liability insurance (valid for the duration of the event)
Have an up-to-day risk assessment
If relevant, an up to date fire risk assessment
Proof of a suitable fire extinguisher for your activity, with certificate of testing
Have hot water hand washing facilities
If applicable, have a gas safety certificate
